About the Role

You will take care of our customers’ satisfaction, by managing the communication with key customers stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.

You will ensure long-term, trusted partnership with our customers, by nurturing relationships with customers’ key stakeholders, and by sharing internally our customers’ needs and feedbacks.

You will have an active role in growing our sales, by managing our sales processes and making sure they go on target.

You will be responsible for:

  • Inquiry request and reception, offer preparation and placing, getting feedback, and dealing on the offer, order check and acceptance, delivery instructions providing.
  • Managing all the offers and orders through the ERP.
  • Reporting the information related to the business, customers, and competitors.
  • Organizing all the main information in the CRM.
  • Preparation of status reports, visit activity, pipeline status, follow-up.
  • Attending customer meetings.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Great attention to details.
  • Clear communication skills, and persuasion skills.
  • Empathy, patience, attentiveness, and cultural sensitivity.
  • To be energized in negotiations and complex sales processes in multi-cultural environments.
  • Fluency in English: C1 – Advanced.

Desired:

  • Fluency in other foreign languages (Preferred: German, Japanese).
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service and care in B2B environments.

About the Role

We are seeking high energy, dynamic and competitive professionals with a strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Team.

You will engage prospects in customer acquisition activities, and existing customers in business development initiatives.

You will perform promotional activities in the assigned Area, with the goal of promoting the Cozzani brand, products, and services.

You will build and maintain relationship with key assigned customers, with complete management of sales offers, orders, and aftersales activities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Inquiry request and reception, offer preparation and placing, getting feedback, and dealing on the offer, order check and acceptance, delivery instructions providing
  • Managing the offers and orders through the ERP
  • Reporting the information related to the business, customers, prospects and competitors
  • Identifying opportunities in the assigned area and customers
  • Addressing sales activities to the targeted customer decision makers.
  • Addressing promotional activities to targeted critical stakeholders.
  • Selling products/services to target clients using company profiles, proposal, personalized presentations and more.
  • Preparation of status reports, visit activity, pipeline status, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings worldwide.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics & Management with relevant experience in sales in Engineered Products companies.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
  • Fluency in English: C1 – Advanced.
  • Knowledge of commercial and contractual language, understanding of sales process and ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility.
  • Availability to travel even in remote locations.
  • Availability to work outside normal working hours.

Desired:

  • Technical knowledge of the Reciprocating Compressors and its auxiliaries.
  • 1+ years working experience in Oil and Gas and/or Chemical Industry.

MANSIONI
Il candidato si dovrà occupare della lavorazione attraverso l’utilizzo di macchine utensili a controllo numerico (CNC).

Sono richieste le seguenti competenze tecniche:

  • Buona lettura del disegno tecnico
  • Conoscenza ed utilizzo degli strumenti di misura
  • Conoscenza della programmazione e linguaggio macchina ISO, FANUC e SIEMENS

E’ richiesta la disponibilità a lavorare su turni

TITOLO DI STUDIO
Diploma di qualifica professionale di Operatore Meccanico oppure Diploma di Maturità Tecnica.

Job description:

Ricerchiamo un profilo motivato, dinamico e pragmatico, che si inserisca nel team HR e conduca in autonomia attività strategiche della gestione delle risorse e di recruitment della società.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Responsabile delle attività di ricerca e selezione seguendo il processo di inserimento a 360° dalla definizione del profilo fino all’inserimento
  • Supportare nell’Identificare, proporre e attuare politiche di inserimento delle risorse in linea con il budget aziendale e in accordo con Responsabile HR
  • Monitoraggio del processo di valutazione e rewarding delle performance delle risorse
  • Gestire le attività di Employer Branding sul territorio
  • Supportare l’organizzazione di corsi di formazione rivolti alle diverse popolazioni aziendali
  • Supporto nella definizione ed implementazione del piano formativo dei collaboratori in linea con gli obiettivi della People Strategy
  • Ascolto e gestione operativa dei bisogni degli operatori

Caratteristiche necessarie

  • Esperienza nell’ambito delle Risorse Umane, maturata in contesti strutturati
  • Ottime capacità relazionali, di gestione dello stress ed empatia
  • Ottime capacità organizzative
  • Capacità di lavorare in team
  • Ottimo utilizzo di excel
  • Inglese preferibilmente fluente
  • Laurea magistrale in psicologia sarà requisito preferenziale
