About the Role
We are seeking high energy, dynamic and competitive professionals with a strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Team.
You will engage prospects in customer acquisition activities, and existing customers in business development initiatives.
You will perform promotional activities in the assigned Area, with the goal of promoting the Cozzani brand, products, and services.
You will build and maintain relationship with key assigned customers, with complete management of sales offers, orders, and aftersales activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Inquiry request and reception, offer preparation and placing, getting feedback, and dealing on the offer, order check and acceptance, delivery instructions providing
- Managing the offers and orders through the ERP
- Reporting the information related to the business, customers, prospects and competitors
- Identifying opportunities in the assigned area and customers
- Addressing sales activities to the targeted customer decision makers.
- Addressing promotional activities to targeted critical stakeholders.
- Selling products/services to target clients using company profiles, proposal, personalized presentations and more.
- Preparation of status reports, visit activity, pipeline status, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings worldwide.
Skills and Experience
Required:
- BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering or Economics & Management with relevant experience in sales in Engineered Products companies.
- Proven sales, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
- Fluency in English: C1 – Advanced.
- Knowledge of commercial and contractual language, understanding of sales process and ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Interpersonal and team working skills.
- Dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility.
- Availability to travel even in remote locations.
- Availability to work outside normal working hours.
Desired:
- Technical knowledge of the Reciprocating Compressors and its auxiliaries.
- 1+ years working experience in Oil and Gas and/or Chemical Industry.
