COMPANY PROFILE

Since 1946 our company has been designing and producing reciprocating compressor valves.
Motominima, the original name, in 1975 changed to Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l., from the name of the company founder. Today the company is still owned and run by the Cozzani family.
The factory is located in Arcola, near La Spezia, Italy. The building which houses the factory and the offices was built in 1975 and recently enlarged and renovated, with a production area of more than 3000 square meters.
The Quality System of Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l. is certified in accordance with the ISO 9001 Norm. The Environmental Management System is certified in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 14001 standard.
The company, for over 60 years activity, has been acquiring a great experience in designing and optimizing reciprocating compressor valves which allows to achieve ever increasing objectives in reliability and efficiency, in order to enable the reciprocating compressor manufacturers to improve the performance of their own machinery.
 
 
 
The technical department of Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l. is fully equipped with advanced calculation softwares developed internally.
Innovation and quality of its own products form one of the company's main aims, this achievement has always been followed with large investments in up-to-date machinery.
Production is run in a very flexible way according to customer requirements, and can indifferently manufacture single or standard pieces’ lots.
The service department offers an efficient and rapid overhaul for any valve of our production. Usually this service is run in cooperation with the compressor manufacturers, our customers.
Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l. in virtue of its own designing and production capacities as well as being commercially orientated towards OEM, has earned trustworthiness by selected customers of the most important compressor producers, European and non, thanks to whom our valves have been installed worldwide.
