DESIGNING AND DEVELOPMENT |
Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l.
technical department designs all its valves according
to the compressors working conditions, by following
our customers technical specifications and, when necessary
in conformity with international norms (API 618, NACE
MR0175).
In order to collect these data a special form is available
upon request.
Dott.Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l. is able to work in cooperation
with the compressor manufacturers right from the machines
planning phase, up to modernisation phase of obsolete
machines, by optimising the compressors performance.
Our technical department
identifies and develops solutions making use of its
vast valve range, of which experience is thanks to its
over 60 years activity, to which it also adds personalization
and innovation.
Our technical department has been fully equipped with
CAD 2D systems, 3D modelling systems, finite element
method structural analysis and its own developed calculation
program, which enables us to simulate and optimise the
dynamic behaviour of the valve shutters.

To ensure
the identification of the most suitable valve according to the
compressor operating requirements, the aforementioned calculating
programs are used to ensure a longer life duration of the valve.
Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani s.r.l. largely
focuses on innovation and development of its own valves, thanks
to the use of an up-to-date software for fluidodynamic analysis,
to calculate the efficiency of different valve channels, and to
the continuous research for new materials, which ranges from special
steel to innovative plastic materials. |
