According to art.13 of D. Lgs. 196 dated 30/06/2003 and art. 13 GDPR 679/2016 Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l., as Owner of the data processing activities, inform the interested party that its personal data is provided using the website forms, which specify the purposes for which and the methods by which the personal data collected is processed the extent to which it is communicated and diffused, and the nature of the way in which is provided. PURPOSE The personal data collected from the interested party may be processed by Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani and, therefore, is processed and used solely for information, promotional and/or commercial purposes and to display technical documentation, in full compliance with the principles of propriety and legal requirements. METHODS The data is processed using IT procedures by internal personnel specifically appointed for this purpose. The data is stored in IT and electronic communications databases for which the minimum security measures required by the legislator are guaranteed. COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION The personal data collected is not diffused, communicated to, sold to or exchanged with third parties that are not associated with the Owner’s activities. You may however send any question or request concerning the processing of your personal data at privacy@cozzani.com PERIOD OF RETENTION The data will be retained for a period of 10 years, but will be deleted early upon request. According art. 21 GDPR 679/2016 the interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons in the processing of its personal data, even if relevant to the purpose for which it was obtained; to the processing of its personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct marketing materials or for market research or commercial communications. NATURE OF CONSENT AND THE PROVISION OF DATA In compliance with GPRD 679/2016 consent for the processing of the above data is necessary since it was gathered at the request of the interested party for information, promotional and/or commercial purposes and to display technical documentation. The provision of personal data is optional, although refusal to give consent means that the data will not be processed and access to the portal will not be possible.
