Dott. Ing. Mario Cozzani S.r.l. manufactures three main kind of products:

• Automatic suction, discharge and concentric valves for reciprocating compressors.
• Check valves for reciprocating compressors.
• Unloading systems and suction valve actuators for the unloading of the compressor.

The company developed a large range of different types of valves, that can be standard or special, always customized according to the specific working conditions.
The suction, discharge and concentric valves are an approximate diameter of 20 to 500 mm, with safety guard or open guard, in a wide range of stainless steels, of special steels for valves, thermoplastic materials such as PEEK TM, or other materials.
The competence of choosing the type of valve most suited to the specific application relies exclusively on the technical department.
Independently to the selected typology, the valves are however adaptable to the external dimensions which should already be defined by the compressor manufacturer.
