For unloading the compressor, various actuator configurations are available, acting on the suction valves keeping them opened and excluding the flow of the respective cylinder or effect.

Such actuators can be diaphragm or piston type, activated by air to load or air to unload, with threaded or flanged connections, with or without gas recycling opening.

Upon the customer request, the actuators are designed, made and tested in accordance to the European Directive ATEX 94/9/CE to be used in potentially explosive areas.

Also port unloaders and plug unloaders are available for gas applications.
